Flowers Concept guarantee that the flowers will be delivered on same day for FREE (for orders above $45.00) if the orders are made within the stipulated time fame. For orders below $45.00, there will be a delivery charge of $12.00. 

Flowers Concept will not accept responsibilities of late or non deliveries cannot be accomplished (rare occasion) due to circumstances beyond our control

1. Receipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2. Address given was incorrect.
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number or failure attempts to reach the recipient in order to execute the order successfullly.

Redirection Charges

For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $10.00 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, full price will still be payable.

Charges for Remote Areas

Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following areas. These surcharges are imposed due to the lenght of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
