Collection of information
We collect information from the customer so that we can provide you with the best customer service. Certain information is required so that we can successfully provide you with the service and/or product. Information we require can include Full name of customer and recipient, email address, invoice address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card details.
Any information collected is treated with the utmost privacy and is only used so we can better serve you as a customer in the delivery and completion of you order. From time to time we also use this information to inform you of specials, discounts and promotions.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses
Delivery is free if your order is more than $50, else chargeable at $10 per delivery to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated.
Re-delivery, re-direction will incur additional charges of minimum $10.
Delivery during peak periods such as selected Eves or Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may also incur additional charges.
Specific Time Delivery is not available during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the 1 week leading up to Christmas & Lunar New Year.
If no recipient or representative is available, the courier will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.
Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $15 re-direction fee by either party.
Most of our floral items can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday, before 1:00 pm on Saturdays, or before on Sunday in the Singapore time zone (GMT +9). Orders received after that time may be delivered the following business day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to hotels, hospitals, military bases, jurong island, airport cargo, PSA, shipyards. To request a specific delivery time, it will incur additional charges of minimum $15. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All telephone and on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be completed when we deliver the items to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Certain products / service available may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Please understand that flowers are our gifts from nature and will every flower looks different in size and may also have slight colour variation. We will try our best to procure the exact flower combination described in the product description and product image but filler flowers will be replaced if they are unavailable with something of similar or higher value. The look and feel of the bouquet will be retained. This replacement will not be communicated to the customer and no refunds will be made due to the slight variation.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Arrangement meant for outdoor event, placed outside, damages from flood, storm, vandalism, lightning, fire, theft and other acts of GOD, we are not responsible.
Price & Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation
When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these Terms and Conditions or in any of our Policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective, or you are not satisfied with the Product), we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund. If you have requested a refund we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible.
A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 1 day from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.
Full refund for cancellations made 3 days in advance (with reference to delivery date). Anything lesser 3 Days will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.
Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at Flowers Concept own discretion. We reserves full rights to decline a refund request.
All purchases made from www.flowersconcept.com.sg are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We reserve full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation.

Unless otherwise stated, all products warranty will be covered by the respective brand owner.
