  • Fresshness - All our merchandise will serve their intended function and are guaranteed to be fresh and/or in good order upon delivery. Floral arrangement will stay fresh according to its life span under proper care.
  • Exchange - Flowers Concept will gladly replace any item or product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, provided such defects are reported to us within 2 hours from time of receipt; provided goods must not have been consumed, or for flowers, removed form their orginal packaging.



  • Due to inconstant market condition, a particular merchandise may be out of stock. Substitution to a similar element of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc.
  • To ensure freshness of flowers, seasonal availability, substitution might be required.
  • In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. eg. If we are out of 'pink roses', we will substitute for another colour of roses and not another flower.
    When substitution is necessary, our professional florist wil lensure that the 'look and feel' of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florist paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.



  • We allow cancellation with full refund, provided the ntificaiton given is 24 hours prior to date of delivery. Otherwise a surcharge of 50% will be imposed.


Returns & Exchange

  • All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping & handling charges may not be refunded. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival.
  • If your purchase is damage, defect or incorrect order fulfillment, promptly request a replacement, please return the merchandise in its original condition upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours to request a replacement. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is in the same condition as sold by Flowers Concept, or unless it can be proved the product was damaged by the freight carrier during the original shipment.
  • Upon returning any product as described above, we will allow an exchange for product of equivalent value. A credit or exchange is the customerĀ“s sole and exclusive remedy, and Flowers Concept shall not be liable for any other damages arising out of non-conformance or breach, including lost profits, consequential damages and incidental damages.
